What's on offer:

A GEW event happening at Seeqnce will benefit from:

• Access to both the Seeqnce Community Space and the Seeqnce Lounge
• Email and social media outreach
• Free Internet access to the organizing party
• Free Twitter Access to all attendees
• A contact person before and during the event to facilitate logistics and organization
• Use of projectors, screens and whiteboards

Some Conditions:

Any GEW Lebanon 2011 event happening at Seeqnce will have to comply with the following:

• Activities can only take place between 6pm and 11pm, any day of the week, at the Seeqnce Community Space.
• The organizing party must request the space by November 1st.   
• No other activities should already be booked for the requested day
• Topics must be related to web and mobile
• The maximum number of people allowed is 40 per event
• Seeqnce doesn’t provide drinks or food. They are at the discretion of the organizing party
•  Attendees will be charged for non Twitter access to the internet
